The unit has a comfortable queen bed, chest of drawers, large closet unit and tile floors. It has been furnished and decorated with your comfort and convenience in mind. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time and arrived at a quaint bed and breakfast or a nostalgic “mom and pop” Florida motel where you can park right outside your room and walk to practically everything you need. You only need to bring your toothbrush and swimsuit because you’ll find fluffy white towels, soft cotton sheets and comfy bedding along with a fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, disposal and full-sized stove and refrigerator. We welcome you to bring your pets along with you and you’ll find a cool, shady park right next door for Fido to take a walk while you enjoy the water view. Back inside, you can relax with a book or enjoy a meal at the dining table with a view of the water. There is a coin-op laundry just steps from your unit. Our goal was to anticipate your every need so you’ll feel right at home … only better!!

Indian Rocks Beach offers swimming, snorkeling, shelling, boating, fishing, kayaking, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and more. For your convenience, a beach trolley takes you all the way from Clearwater Beach to St. Petersburg Beach. Indian Rocks Beach is just thirty minutes from the Tampa International Airport. An hour and a half drive takes you to Disney World, Epcot Center or Seaworld.

Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Rates do not include 12% tourism tax and a $75 cleaning fee per unit.
