The house comprises front living room, separate dining & kitchen space, shower room, and two good size bedrooms upstairs.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fan oven, ceramic hob, ‘fridge and microwave.
Riverside walks, local amenities and attractions are all close by in Noyers, ‘Un des plus beau de villages de France’’
We also require a separate cheque for £100 as a deposit against possible damages, which we do not bank, and which will be destroyed if everything is satisfactory at the end of your holiday.
Payment of deposit: If you prefer, you can pay your deposit online with PayPal now, which for simplicity is £55.00 whether you wish to book one or two weeks.
Changeover day is Saturday, and in order to check and clean the house we ask guests to arrive after 4pm, and to leave by 10 am.
We ask for 25 per cent of the rent at the time of booking (non-refundable if booking cancelled) and the balance six weeks before the start of your holiday.

We regret no pets or smoking. The terracing to the garden does mean three steps, which families with small children or those with knee-problems should bear in mind. From 1st May 2007 any two week booking receives a 10% discount on the second week.
