Additional Rate and Deposit Information
A security deposit equal to 1-month's rent is fully refundable within 14 business days of departure based upon the condition of the property at move-out inspection. An alternate security deposit program of $1000 with a credit card on file for damages is also acceptable.
High Season is December through March. Cancellations must be made prior to Sept 1.
Otherwise, cancellations only accepted if/when property can be re-rented.
Rest of the year, cancellations accepted with a 30-day notice.
A fee of $75 is collected at the time of application.
