We welcome you to our second home as a vacation spot where you will create memories that will last a lifetime. There is a mesmerizing view of the Gulf from the balcony, where you can dolphin watch while enjoying your morning coffee. This unit is in building 4 which is Gulf Front. The sun sets directly in front of the kitchen window. If you look north you can see the boats sail by in the Santa Rosa sound.
The Master Bedroom boasts a king size bed and access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a queen size sofa sleeper and a twin size convertible chair in the living area. The whole unit has been freshly painted.
Recently, we renovated the bathrooms. The master bath has a shower tub combination and the 2nd bath now has a shower. No more waiting to rise off the sand.
El Matador is popular with the snowbirds offering weekly activities such as lawn croquet, movie nights and Saturday cocktail parties.
Large grassy areas for the children to play catch, frisbee horeshoes (use ours)etc...
Beach service is avilable with longe chairs and umbrellas, or you can use or chairs from our storage area.
Okaloosa Island had breathtaking sugar white sand beaches and emerald colored waters.
Sony 32 inch TV with CD player and DVD in living area. TV/VCR in Master bedroom,TV/VCR/DVD in 2nd bedroom with children's videos. Hight Speed Internet service (hard connect or wireless.)
