Immaculately decorated, new condo in upscale community on quiet, wide family beach. Ocean Isle Beach is a great place to be on the North Carolina coast. OIB is a 7 mile long barrier island with a wide, uncrowded beach at the southern most part of North Carolina. The island is a quiet family oriented place surrounded by anything you could want in a vacation: great restaurants, literally hundreds of golf courses, fishing of all sorts, historical sites, shopping, swimming, sunning and the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach with all of its attractions is just 30 miles away. Our condominium, situated on the far west end of the island, is new construction in November 2003. This is our third full rental season so it is new, very clean and immaculately decorated. It is directly across the street from the beach and has great ocean views. It's a short walk to the Ocean Front Pool/Tiki Bar and Kiddy Pool. A lovely one mile walk on the beach brings you to the end of island where the ocean meets the Intercoastal Waterway for beautiful views, great fishing, and outstanding shell collecting.

Rental Policy
Deposit and Payment:
25% Due when Reservations are made and 75% due 60 days prior to arrival.
OR
50% Due when Reservation are made and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made in writing to Joseph Durham. If the unit is re-rented for the original vacation agreement amount, guest will receive a refund of the advance rent less $100. If re-rented for less than the original rate, the guest will receive the advance rent less 10% of the total rent and an amount necessary to make full payment to the owner. All refunds will be made within 60 days of receipt of the re-rented advance rent payment. If the unit in not re-rented, no refund will be paid.
