This is the perfect, affordable get-away for any family! This property is centrally located in the heart of Northern Michigan - 18 miles north of Gaylord, 20 miles east of Petoskey & 38 miles south of the MacKinaw bridge. There is so much to do in the "Tip of the mitt". This newly remodeled home is minutes from the snowmobile trail, treetops ski resort, the boyne ski meca and many areas to cross-country ski. There's lots to do up north in the winter!
You can also get away up north for mushroom hunting in the spring. The summer is peak time for swimming, boating and golf! No trip up north is complete without a trip to MacKinaw island - you're only 40 minutes from the ferry!
The fall color is unlike any you've seen before! Don't forget a trip to one of the nearby casinos. We have got it all up north!
4 bedrooms - 2 upstairs one with a King bed, sofa sleeper and 1/2 bath the other with 2 double beds. down stairs 1 bedroom with a King bed the other with 2 twin beds. Very cozy living room with fireplace. Kitchen with all new appliances, stove, fridge, microwave. Full bath with All new tub/shower, vanity, toliet- Cottage has been complety updated with all new cubards, flooring & bath fixtures. Very Clean and comfortable. Lots of parking for extras - cars - boats - snowmobiles. A great place to spend your vacation, At an afforadable price. Kitchen has all utenclis and dishes. Linens provided. Pets are ok with a pet fee.
Strurgen river runs through town, bring you own tube, canoe or kayak or rent one from the local rental shop on the river. Like boating and jet skiing but don't own one, not to worry, local boat shop in Indian River will rent you one and even bring it to the lake for you. So much to do and see here that you will have many memories and want to return year after year. Campfire Pit. Charcoal BBQ, outdoor seating.
