Two Newly built luxury family self catering holiday apartments fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Both apartments are ground floor, enjoy sea-views, have easy parking, communal gardens and are in safe and secure family orientated locations benefiting from average of 320 days sunshine a year.

Los Gardenias comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge, dining/kitchen area, sea facing balcony with patio furniture. You will have the use of 2 communal pools with safe paddling areas for children and toddlers. Air conditioning is provided with our compliments. Games, family DVDs, Cd's and sky TV are also provided.

Alcala Blau comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge & dining area, separate modern kitchen, air conditioned throughout. You will have the use of 2 communal pools, secure parking facilities, very large communal gardens in a secure fenced off complex directly opposite the beach. Games, family DVDs, Cd's & PlayStation provided.

Rental Policy

This is our home in Spain. Please respect it treat it as if it were your own. We know that accidents can happen however, please report any breakages etc. to us so that we can make sure replacements are provided.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

As part of the booking process we require a 20% non-refundable deposit on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival (otherwise it may be deemed that you no-longer wish to proceed with the booking and the apartment may be re-advertised as being vacant) along with a refundable security deposit of £100 to cover any damages. The security deposit will be returned within 21 days after receipt of returned keys and our inspection confirms that there have been no damages necessitating replacement or repair.
