We present an elegantly fitted north-facing ground floor apartment, situated in the quiet & picturesque suburb of Bellair; only 15 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and just about in the centre of the Cape peninsula ; making it easy to visit all the fabulous tourist sites the Cape has to offer.

Table Mountain & the V&A; Waterfront (22km), Blue Water Bay (25km), Stellenbosch (28km), and the Strand (35km) are all within easy reach - not forgetting the wine routes of Paarl, Franschoek and Stellenbosch. For shopping you can visit Tyger Valley Centre (2.5km), Cape Gate (3.5km), Canal Walk (15km), Grand West (15km)

Parking is available for one vehicle behind locked gates.

Rental Policy

To secure your booking a deposit of 30% is required. Reservations will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 48 hours of accepting the quote. The balance of the amount is payable upon occupancy. If cancelled 2 weeks or less prior to occupation the full deposit will be forfeited and 50% otherwise.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

From R150 depending on the length of stay and the season. Minimum stay two days.
