The private backyard overlooks the 8th hole of the Sanctuary Golf Course giving you stunning waterfall and lakefront views, as well as having a 360 degree view of the valley and spectacular views of the desert mountains.

This 2000+ sq ft house offers all the amenities of home while away from your abode and enjoying either the Super Bowl or FBR Open. The home has 3 queen beds, as well as 3 couches in the living room which can be converted for sleeping. TVs are located in every room, including 1 outside. The living room features 1 52" built into the wall, as well as a 50" DLP HDTV. High speed internet is provided wirelessly throughout the home and a desktop computer will be available for use while in the home.

Situated in a highly coveted community, only 30 minutes from University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the 2008 Super Bowl; and 3 minutes across the road to TPC Scottsdale, home of the FBR Open.

This home comes with 1 free round of golf for a party of 4 to the Sanctuary which is .25 mile down the road, and the 8th hole is located outside your window.

Any Damages to the home, will be the responsibility of the renter.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Daily, and Weekly High/Low depends upon which venue you would be attending; either Super Bowl XLII or The FBR (Phoenix) Open.

If you would like the package for the Super Bowl with the tickets, deposit must be received no later than Jan 10, 2008.

Upon reservation, a 25% deposit will be due within 96 hours. This deposit can be made using Check, Money Order, or any Major Credit Card. Full payment must be received 72 hours prior to reservation, or subject to loss of deposit.
