Each Casita Includes:
Two bedroom, one bath. Full kitchen with breakfast bar and seating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully furnished and decorated. Mexican tile floors throughout, TV with American Satellite, off street parking, palm trees and shared pool with other casitas (total of three casitas only).
BBQ Palapa area-great for sunsets, margaritas and great view of the Tetakawi. Maid service included (depending on length of stay). Gated, security patrolled neighborhood.
Our privately owned two bedroom casitas sit across from the 5th hole on the San Carlos Golf Course with a beautiful view of the Tetakawi mountains.

The beach in San Carlos is perfect for watching the dolphins in the early morning, beach combing, meeting new friends or enjoying a margarita while watching a magnificent sunset. Each casita has its own kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, microwave, linens, towels.
Surrounded by a manicured landscape this three casita compound (total of six bedrooms and three baths) can be rented by individual casita or the whole property for large families,groups, conferences or business functions.
There are several activities to enjoy in San Carlos such as Scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing charters, golf, jet skiing, sightseeing, ATV’s, kayaking in the estuary, swimming with the sea lions near San Pedro island, bird watching, ecosystems tours, shopping, bowling, spa and wellness center, and horseback riding to name a few.
