Rental Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds on cancellations/deposits are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet the room and nature of the cancellation, otherwise:-
Cancellation of your reservation during your stay and less than 7 days prior to arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the full account
Cancellation 7 - 21 days prior to arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the full account.
Cancellation 22 days or more prior to arrival, you will be liable for 30% of the full account.
All refunds are subject to a R150.00 administration fee
