Rental Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Electronic bank transfers and cash only – regret no credit card payments can be processed.

Deposit: - your reservation is only confirmed once we have received 50% of the booking value.

The Balance of the booking value (50%) to be paid one month before arrival. Unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellation Policy:
Fourteen days or more before arrival: 50% of booking value.

Between fourteen and seven days before arrival: 75% of booking value.

Day of arrival or later: 100% of booking value.

We reserve the right to alter tariffs without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by changes.

If you want to secure the booking, you must accept and pay
(either the deposit or full amount) before the quote expires
There is an alarm on site and it must be set as instructed on arrival.
