This beach house is located at Peninsula de Punta Fuego, an exclusive beach community in Nasugbu, Batangas and maintains a breathless panoramic view of the sea. It is for rent either on a daily, weekender or full week basis. It is fully furnished and well maintained. It can accommodate up to 20 pax and below. Daily rate will depend on the number of pax. The sleeping rooms are airconditioned. There are 3 bedrooms: The Japanese Tea Room (for 8 to 12 pax); Golf Room (4 to 6 pax); Guest Room (4 pax).

It doesn't have to be summer to enjoy the beach house......You can use it when you celebrate precious moments with friends or family (birthdays, reunions, guest welcome party etc)...Or it can even be a good venue to do some introspection or planning for business for small groups.. Bring your own food to cook or grill. Rent the jacuzzi and bathe with your loved one directly under the stars at the rooftop... Go beach-hopping.... Enjoy the karaoke or watch a movie at the Asian sala... Have coffee at each of the different lanais....

With access to four beaches nearby: CRESCENT ( 1 minute car ride or 15 minute walk) - child-friendly, fine sand; Long Beach ( 3 minute walk) - long shore line, next to club pool; and Fuego Beach/ Point( 5 minute car ride) - scenic and picturesque beach with varying landscape, Sailor's Cove, another beach to check out. Nearby pool now available.

All you need to bring are the following: food to cook or grill, charcoal, personal bath towel, drinking water and gatepass ( to be issued upon full payment).

We require full payment at least 2 weeks before the reserved date (for non-peak season), one month before, for peak season bookings. Rate depends on the number of pax. This means that while there may be 6 reservations entertained for the same date, if the 7th caller pays, he secures/ closes the reservation and no one else will be entertained.

Basic Rates follow: 13 to 16 pax= 16k/night (3 rooms); 8 to 12pax= 13K/night (2 rooms); 5 to 7 pax= 9K/night (2 rooms); below 5pax= 6K/night (1 room); 500 pesos per additional headcount above 16 pax up to a maximum of 20 pax. Kids and domestics should be declared in the headcount. No pets allowed . Only children below 1 year old are free.

No refund; only transfer of dates possible but with cancellation fee
Breakages, and loss to be charged upon checkout

1:30 to 2pm - check-in time before 12noon - check-out time
