Newly constructed beach house consisting of a three bedroom house and two bedroom sleepout interconnected by decks on all sides. The property sits above a sandy beach with sweeping views and direct access to the beach.

Property Details

The property is located in Mahinepua Bay in New Zealand's winterless far north a few minutes from Matauri Bay and close to Kauri Cliffs Golf Course. There is a half hour coastal walking track at the bottom of the section. From all parts of the house there are superb coastal views incorporating local islands.

Local activities available are golf, fishing and swimming. There are also two kayaks for visitors to use. Mahinepua is a horseshoe shaped bay with islands beyond the mouth. So it is very safe for swimming and watersports.

Mahinepua Bay is in a central location for exploration of the far north of New Zealand. It is about 35 minutes from Kerikeri for groceries and other services. Fuel and basis food items are available at Matauri Bay, about 10 minutes by car.
