* 2 full bathrooms. One upstairs and one downstairs.

* Bedroom #2: pop-up trundle (2 twins)
* Bedroom #3: (down stairs) 3 twins. This would be great for kids. It has cable TV, stereo/CD player, computer, microwave, and a separate entrance. The room is 12'x30'-- plenty of room to spread out.
* Fireplace upstairs and wood stove insert downstairs.
* Washer and dryer.
* WI-FI DSL (broadband internet)

Rental Policy

3 day minimum if Friday or Saturday included.
Arrival day can be any day of the week.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

* $1200/week or $200/day early season (until 2nd week in June) or post-season (after Labor Day)
* $1200/month off-season (does not include utilities)
* $2000/week or $290/day. Discounts available for extended stays. Also available for a monthly rate off-season.
* $200 cleaning fee.
* $1000 booking and security deposit. Returned after stay.
