Welcome to Waikoloa Beach Resort, formerly the playground of Hawaiian kings and now your vacation destination! Newly constructed in 2007, the contemporary Hawaiian plantation style design and interior island-style décor set the true ambiance for you!

Our two bedroom/two bathroom home is cozy enough for a romantic getaway yet roomy enough for the whole family. Inside the spacious Bottom floor unit, you will find nine foot ceilings for an airy feel, designer furnishings, and everything you need for your vacation. Aside from the two bed rooms you will have a very comfortable couch that can be slept on, as well as an Aerobed.

The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, built-in microwave, dishwasher, ceramic top range, and a huge refrigerator. Everything you need to prepare meals is provided. Cookware, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, and more are ready in the kitchen.

LCD TVs, DVD players, CD/stereo, and high-speed Internet access are all provided.

Bedding features 400-count sheets and fluffy down-alternative (hypoallergenic) duvets.

Exceptional features of the private gated community include two pools and spas, as well as a luxurious workout room with state of the art equipment. There are two poolside stainless steel propane grills for your convenience. You can grill poolside while the kids swim, there is also an outdoor kitchen at the pool with a sink, granite counter tops, and a mini fridge with ice. You will also have your own private garage.

Our Hawaiian home is conveniently located a short walk away or 5 minute (1/2 mile) drive from one of the wonderful sandy beaches in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Anaeho’omalu Bay (A’ Bay) offers a world of opportunities with snorkeling, swimming, hiking, windsurfing, kayaking, boogie boarding, surfing, scuba, whale watching, glass bottom boat rides, and sunset cruises. The reef forms a natural surf break at the mouth of the bay and makes snorkeling memorable with the abundance of coral formations and fish life. Plenty of turtles hang out in the near by waters and can be seen while snorkeling. The Hilton also has dolphins which you can see, or even swim with.

The resort also includes two golf courses. The Kings' Course, designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish, is a championship links-style 18-hole, par 72 course. The Beach Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Junior is an 18-hole, par 70 resort golf course that is reputed to be one of the most visually spectacular courses in Hawaii.

Steps away, the exclusive Kings Shops offer over 50 restaurants, shops, and boutiques. You can also enjoy complimentary Hawaiian crafts each morning and entertainment each evening. Dining opportunities include Roy’s, Big Island Steak House, Merriman’s Market Café, Island Fish & Chips, Subway, Dairy Queen, and Starbucks. The Queen’s Marketplace has now opened up, this is 135,000 square feet of upscale retail, restaurants and services to complete the community we all know and LOVE as Waikoloa Beach Resort.
