This cottage form part of a bigger set-up at Kado house and cottages. We also have a 2 bedroom cottage and a 4 bedroom house.

Cottage Petite - consisting of one trendy, just tastefully decorated bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom, it's perfect for a honeymoon or even an executive stay or a holiday. The decor through out the cottage compliments the beautiful view from the spacious living area, enhancing the calm and relaxed feel of the cottage.

Rental Policy

RESERVATION POLICY:

Reservation to be confirmed in writing with a Credit Card number and expiry date. A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required upon confirmation. Check in times between 14h00 and 20h00. Should you be arriving later, please let us know.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation 45 days or less before arrival > forfeit the full deposit
Cancellation from 44 days to 60 days > forfeit 25% of the deposit

NO SHOW

In the event of a no show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged for.

PREMATURE DEPARTURE:

Should the departure be premature, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged for. Refunds of any monies are at the discretion of management and are dependant on the ability to re-let the room/s.
