Property Description

This is a lovely Waterfront home, located just off the Loxahatchee River. By boat, you are literally minutes to the Inlet and to some of the best sports fishing in the world. The house is a 2-mile jog or bike to the ocean.

Property Details

This 2400sq. ft. home has been completely remodeled with all tile floors, and comes fully furnished. The enormous great room is in continuity with the dining area and kitchen. (We often move the furniture aside and play ping-pong) There are three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms and a 2 plus car garage. Laundry facilities are provided with a full washer and dryer in the utility room.
There is a Huge Screened Lanai with a pass-through kitchen overlooking the water -- Florida living at its best.
Fish off of our wooden dock, or take a throw with the cast net. There are lots of fish out back.
If you choose to bring your own boat, dockage for up to a 40-foot boat can be made available for an additional fee. Motorboats and kayaks may, depending upon availability, may be rented as well. An aluminum canoe is also available for use.

Daily rates available: From $199.00 per night with a 3-night minimum.

A security deposit is required, depending upon number of people and length of stay. Security deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection.
$150.00 Exit cleaning fee will be deducted from the Security deposit.
