Consistently receiving accolades from people who have stayed there (see the Guest Book on the Property's web site), the majority of the renters have stayed there before and return every year because of the superlative accomodations, staff, and value.
There are four bedrooms:
1) King Bed with private bathroom
2) Queen Bed with shared bathroom
3) Queen Bed with shared bathroom
4) Full-size Bed with small private bath (this is a small bedroom, on the poolside level of the house. It is less-desirable than the rest of the bedrooms (not connected to the rest of the house), but it is cute, has a nice view. Perhaps ideal for a teenager or for those who may want more privacy.
Pool is large, with infinity edge (see photos).
Rental Policy
Rental is generally by the week, but, if available, the house can be rented on a daily basis, with a 3-day minimum. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at noon.
How to Reserve:
Check the Availability Calendar or write to us.
Print the Rental Agreement and mail it to us. Please try to reserve as far in advance as possible. A deposit of 50% must be included with your Rental Agreement. The balance (plus a $500 damage deposit quickly refunded to you after your departure) must be received no less than two weeks before your arrival, or the computer automatically cancels your reservation.

January, February, March, April & December: $2,500 per week (or $425 per day); May & November: $1,800 per week (or $325 per day); June, July, August, September and October: $1,600 per week (or $275 per day); Christmas, New Years and Easter periods:
$3,500 per week (no daily rental)
Price includes daily maid service (except Sundays). Chef available at $125/day plus cost of food (this is a chef, not a cook!). Washer/Dryer on premises, but, if you would rather the maid do the laundry, kindly just negotiate with her to do it after she finishes her regular duties. She is very friendly and bends over backwards to make you happy.
