Property Details

Magic Landings is an exclusive and brand new gated community located just off the US 192 opposite Osceola Heritage Park and Silver Spurs Arena. It is less than 20 minutes from Orlando airport and all major attractions. You will also find numerous supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes drive away.

We are very proud of our home which has been built to a high standard and, for added luxury, includes upgraded flooring, furniture and fittings and has air-conditioning throughout. The main part of the house is open plan, and, having 4 bedrooms (2 masters en-suite) and two twin rooms, is ideal if two families wish to stay together, saving on the cost of your holiday.

The villa consists of lounge with French doors leading to the pool area, formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen and utility room, two master bedrooms, both en-suite and having doors opening onto the shaded pool-side dining area and two twin rooms with shared bathroom. In accordance with Florida Law, and for the safety of your children, all doors and windows which lead to the pool area are alarmed. The villa is fully air conditioned for added comfort.

Probably the most important and most used at the villa would be the larger than average pool with Jacuzzi/spa, sun kissed decking area and covered dining area (lanai).

All bedrooms have satellite T.V. with over 250 channels including movies. Master bedrooms have luxurious Queen size beds, bedside cabinets, radio/alarm clocks, and French door leading to pool area.

Master Bathroom 1 has his and her sinks, Roman bath and hairdryer. Both have large showers and walk in closets. Bathroom shared by twin rooms has bath/shower.

Furnished to a high standard with a large elegant dining table and chairs which seats eight people comfortably. A highchair can be made available if required.


A fully equipped kitchen and utility room including a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, double oven with ceramic hob, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, washer and tumble dryer.

The villa is fully air conditioned and ceiling fans are fitted every room and outside in the lanai. It is situated at the back of the community in a quiet area. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Free pool and spa heat. A 24 x 12 pool and spa is an ideal private setting to cool off and relax after a busy day. There is a large deck area and a shaded lanai and all under a full screen.

The lounge area has a large flat screen TV and DVD player. All bedrooms have a 26”. TV and satellite is available in all rooms with 185+ channels, 68 radio channels and the "Starz" movie package.

Smoking is allowed in the patio/lanai area but strictly no smoking inside the villa.

All VIP Orlando Villas are fully licensed and conform to current US and Florida regulations. All rates are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking has been confirmed as accepted the price is fixed.
Bookings of less than 7 nights will incur a short term occupancy cleaning charge of $80.
A deposit of £150 or $250 must be paid in order to secure that booking.

The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. (In the event that the booking is made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full payment is due at the time of booking).

In addition to the final payment a refundable security deposit of £150 or $250 is also required.

Local Activities/attractions

Disney World, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Universal are within 20 minutes drive of Magic Landings.

Designer Outlet Malls such as Mall at Millennia, Florida Mall and many more are just a few minutes drive away.

Osceola Heritage Park is home to the Silver Spurs Arena, Exhibition Buildings and the County Stadium and is located opposite Magic Landings. It is the venue for numerous concerts, exhibitions, baseball, football and hockey games and the famous Silver Spurs Rodeo.

We are surrounded by beautiful countryside, parks, lakes and ranches, providing a peaceful tranquillity away from the theme parks. There are numerous outdoor activities such as golf, fishing, horse riding, swimming and nature trails.

Golf is a major pastime in Florida and we are placed within a short drive of some of Florida's finest championship golf courses.

Antiques and Flea Markets are a very popular pastime in Florida. Downtown Kissimmee is home to a number of antique shops including the famous Lanier’s Antique Market.

Silver Moon Drive-In Movies. Two screens showing four films per night. Great fun for all the family.
Florida’s golden beaches such as Cocoa and Melbourne are less than one hour’s drive. There is also a small beach at Lakeside which is less than 10 minutes drive away.

Our VIP Orlando Villa is fully licensed and conforms to current US and Florida regulations. All rates are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking has been confirmed the price will not change.
