Located between the quaint downtown Main Street and the hustle of Bow Valley Trail; it couldn't be more in the centre of things. Main Street is picturesque, with mountains looming in the background, local restaurants, shops and recreation stores to explore. Bow Valley Trail runs parallel to the Trans-Canada Highway; as such it has fast food restaurants, convenience stores, hotels/motels and gas stations.

Located in Canmore at the eastern gates to Banff National Park. Why stay in a small hotel room with no view or amenities, in a noisy area of town when you can have your own condo in a great central location for about the same price. Just minutes to most of what you may want to do in Banff, Canmore and surrounding area.

Canmore Crossing is one of the largest retail centers (retail on the first level, residential on the top 3 levels) in the Bow Valley. The residences encircle a European style marketplace of boutiques, restaurants and recreation activities. Already all of the regular amenities are either onsite (food, convenience store, fitness area) or within a couple minutes walk (large grocery stores, pharmacy, video store, post office, liquor store).

From the heated underground parking, through to the onsite security, up to the mountain view hot tub on the roof, there is a modern feel in a classic mountain setting.

Within minutes you can be out the door and enjoying nature or sitting at some of Alberta's best restaurants.

Rental Policies

Upon arrival a security deposit of $300 will be held against your credit card (we do not actually take the money but a hold is put on that amount and up to $300.00 may be taken to cover any damages occurring to the condo units during your stay). The hold will be released within 72 hrs of your departure as long as there are no damages or items missing, as verified by our cleaning staff.

$130.00 to $225.00 per day
$700.00 to $1,325.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates for 2008

Value Season - $5 more/night, $20 more/week

Mid Season - $7 more/night, $30 more/week

Peak Season - $10 more/night, $40 more/week

Reservations

To reserve these vacation rental condos we require a deposit of 25% of the total for the rental period. Final payments for most bookings are due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and March Break require full payment 45 days prior to arrival date!
