SEASON/OFF-SEASON
The summer season in Ocean City officially begins on Memorial Day weekend and ends gradually from Labor Day through the end of
September. It is considered peak season from July 4th until Labor Day. During April and May, as well as October through the end of November, all of the downtown area and numerous restaurants are open for “business as usual.” Most boardwalk merchants remain open through the end of November and the sales are fabulous!
Many of our tenants return year after year...So can you!
We have installed wireless high-speed internet service. Sit on the deck and surf the net while enjoying a great week with your family at the beach!

Our vacation home is very bright and airy with cathedral ceilings, Carribean Baja Ceiling fan in living area and lots of windows! You can actually get a glimpse of the ocean from the master bedroom.
You will be just 2 blocks from the beach with a lifeguard. Second home from the corner, which makes your walk to the beach that much less!
The kids will love the double sets of bunk beds. You will love that room, too, as the TV, DVD/VCR, and electronic game hook-up will keep the kids entertained for hours when your family is not at the beach, boardwalk, or miniature golf course! TV's and electronic equipment are mounted to the ceiling of the master bedroom and bunkbed room. The main television is a large screen HDTV that also has DVD/VCR combo!
There are no homes across the street and the sunsets are awesome from the deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster oven, electronic coffee maker (program it before you go to bed and your coffee is ready when you wake up,) dishwasher, full-size refrigerator/freezer, plenty of dinnerware and flatware, cookware,
and much, much more!
Worried about cleanliness? Look no further! We have the BEST cleaning service on the island. When you enter you will think you are the first tenants of the season. Our home will be spotlessly clean and fresh smelling!

Vacation Rental Rates
2006 Weekly Rentals - All summer weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 2:00 P.M. and end at 10:00 A.M. on the following Saturday.
If you are interested in Spring and Fall, we are very flexible to accommodate long weekends, half-weeks, etc.
