Villa Location
Cape Town Sea Views Villa is located just 22 KM from Dolphin Beach, which is famous for its Kite and Wind Surfing. The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area, yet it is only 15 minutes from the vibrant nightlife of Bloubergstrand and walking distance to many excellent eating-out and take-away restaurants.
The villa is situated only 20 minutes from central Cape Town, 25 minutes from V&A; Waterfront, 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and 30 minutes from the world famous Table Mountain cable car. Robben Island can be seen from the nearby Dolphin Beach.

The Cape Town climate is typically Mediterranean, with warm, dry summers and mild, moist winters, perfect beach weather. Cape Town has many wonderful golden beaches of which one is located 15 minutes from the villa.

The luxury beach villa sleeps 6 people and consists of:
Spacious Main Bedroom with Queen-sized bed that overlooks the villa private pool/patio area.

Fully-equipped Kitchen including Gas Stove, Microwave, Fridge and Freezer. There is a lovely breakfast nook from which to eat your breakfast or have your morning coffee.

Patio, Pool & Braai Area - make use of the braai facilities, swim in your private pool, lie on the sun lounges and soak up the sunrays while sipping on champagne.

Parking for 4 cars, two in the garage and the other one on the parking bay inside the villa behind security gates.

The villa is ideal as a romantic getaway for couples or suitable for family of six, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

2. Stellenbosch and Franchhoek wine route is less than 30 minutes drive
Many of the wine farms along the wine routes are open for wine tasting and wine purchases and some have their very own quaint restaurants, picnic areas or coffee shops.

Shopping Malls & Theme Park
There are plenty of shopping malls three of which are:

1. Canal Walk is a 10 minutes drive and close to Canal Walk is Ratanga Junction Theme Park, which has thrilling, rides for the adults as well as calmer rides for the little ones.

2. The famous V&A; Waterfront is a 20-minute drive away and has many excellent restaurants, pubs, bars, and shops.

3. Shoprite Park - Local Shopping Centre within a 2 minutes drive or 5 minute walk

Two Oceans Aquarium
The wonderful Cape Town Aquarium is situated near the V& A Waterfront. You may even request to experience sleep over at the Aquarium or for the adventurous, diving in water with the fish and sharks.

Grand West Casino
For those of you who like the excitement of gambling, the Grand West Casino is within a 30-minute drive. The Casino also has Ice-Rink, Pubs, Clubs, Cinema and many restaurants.

Active Holiday
1. There are two gyms close to the villa - Virgin Active and Planet Fitness.
2. Killarney Race Track for the enjoyment for car racing.
3. Atlantic Beach and Milnerton Golf Course are within 10-minute drive.
4. Wind and Kite surfing, which is extremely popular in Blouberg, is within a 15-minute drive from the villa.
5. Hike up Table Mountain or take the cable car and enjoy breath-taking sunsets from top of the mountain.

Kirstenbosch Gardens
Kirstenbosch Gardens is within a 30-minute drive, perhaps take a hike in the mountains and return and enjoy breakfast or lunch at one the lovely restaurants or picnic on the grass and watch one of the many concerts on a Sunday evening.

Theatres and Festivals
1. The villa is near many Theatres providing Entertainment ranging from Opera, Ballet to Music Concerts.
2. Cape Town has various festivals throughout the year ranging from Wine, Cheese, Jazz, Comedy, and Fashion all within 20 minutes drive from the villa.
