Our cabin is the ideal romantic spot for 2 persons wishing to enjoy nature in total sollitude (except for the wild turkeys, deer, turtles, fish, etc.).
When you rent the cabin you are also renting the lake as the cabin is the only dwelling on our own private 3.5 acre lake. Enjoy the lake from the rowboat or from the picture window of the lovely 1 room log cabin with it's stone fireplace. (We provide the wood).
The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable queen sized sofa bed, satellite TV, books and board games, and a covered front porch with hanging chairs overlooking the lake. In season, you have access to an herb garden. Throughout the year you can watch the wildlife feed at their feeding station from the inside of the cabin.
Our 85 acres has very varied terrain including forested areas, streams, hills, and even a 40' gorge.
Your closest neighbor is 1/4 mile away insuring you total privacy in this lovely setting.
You will be in the heart of the Hudson Valley with its many varied attractions including antique shops, restaurants, historic mansions, Bard College, Omega Institute, Olde Rhinebeck Aerodrome.

Arrival Times

Check-in time 3pm. Check-out Noon.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

September thru May - 2 night minimum except during Holiday periods. June thru August - 1 week minimum from Friday to Friday. Taxes are additional. $300 refundable security deposit required.
