Beach Villas is a private, quaint condo development that sits on the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the warm ocean breeze as you sit on your 2nd floor balcony, watching the boats sail by and the dolphin play. Take a dip in the heated pool or relax on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants close by, along with shopping, attractions, golf and fishing.

Rental Policy

Payment in Full is required four (4) weeks prior to your check-in date. If payment in full is not received four (4) weeks prior to check-in, the Agency can rent the home out to another Renter.
All rentals require a security deposit, mandatory cleaning fee, and rentals less than 6 months require an 11.5% state tourism tax.
If paying at check-in, ONLY cash, certified check or money order is acceptable.
Keys must be picked up and dropped off at Stone Real Estate Office or designated location.
All rental rates are subject to change by the Homeowners and are subject to confirmation and availability. All rates are subject to final approval by the owners.
Renters must be at least 25 years of age (proof of age required), per our Management Agreement with the owners of rental properties.
No pets are permitted in any vacation properties.
Check In time is 2:00 PM, Check Out time is 11:00 AM

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Peak Season Rates (Nov. 1 to Apr 30) $3500 per month. Association requires a two (2) month minimum stay. Refundable security deposit: $1000.00 Payment is required 60 days prior to check in.
