In the heart of Lucaya and around the corner from Port Lucaya is this 4 bdrm/3 bath condo. Ground floor, nice pool and grounds, quiet, water way location, dockage possible, but around the corner from all tourism has to offer & beach,5 minute walk.
Condo is fully equipped and all linens supplied. Fridge has ice maker, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher. Also has sauna and whirlpool tub. Walk (1/8th mile) to Port Lucaya for shopping, restaurants, night life, bars and free entertainment, straw markets, tours, watersports, dolphin experience. Across from Port Lucaya is the beach, hotels, casino, more restaurants and watersports. It is a 7 min walk to the water edge at the beach. The food store is about a 1/2 mile away.
There is a lovely pool and only 5 units so little competition to use it. Quiet and convenient location, also on bus line. The condo itself is in excellent condition and we've put in everything we can think of that you might need during your stay.
We also have a nice 2 bdrm/2 bath unit with screened porch overlooking the waterway from $150/nite and $975/wk
There is a $150.00 one time cleaning fee required of all rentals. There is a refundable security deposit of $300.00

Rates are for 6 persons or less. Maximum occupancy is 10 persons at extra person fee of $15 per person, per night over 6 persons
