Las Palmas is a small complex (13 privately owned units) located a few steps from the famous 5th Avenue and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach passes are provided for your lounge chairs at Mamitas Beach Club - located on the most beautiful beach in Playa. Mamitas also has a full service restaurant, beach food and bar service and beach activities for you daily enjoyment.

The condo is in a perfect location – walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. It is located between 5th and 10th Avenues in the "new" part of Playa (also referred to as Little Italy) just steps from the famous 5th avenue.

The condo is fully equipped so you will feel at home!Smoking is permitted on the three balconies only.

The complex has a rooftop view with ocean view and a solarium for relaxation and enjoyment.For your security there is a caretaker on the premises 24 hours a day.

The weekly rate includes the unit, beach passes for Mamitas beach club, general hotel service 3x per week. Secure parking is also available upon request!

Rental Policy

A 50% deposit is required to hold the unit. Remainder two 2 weeks prior to arrival. A $200.00 damage deposit is also required.

Low Season (2 br) May 1 - Dec 19 690 plus 12% tax
High Season (2 br) January 7-april 30 $1040 plus 12%

Holiday (2 br) Dec 20 - January 6 $1450 plus 12% tax

This Unit may also be rented as a one bedroom unit for 2 people. If interested subtract 15% from the published rate.
