Our B & B is fully self contained with undercover parking right outside your entry door. There are sea views and 6 acres of peaceful native gardens. The Queen size 4 poster bed is in the main living area and the separate bedroom has a single bed and futon couch which converts to a bed.
The reverse cycle air conditioner is quiet and efficient.
All towels and linen supplied.
The tariff includes full cooked breakfast provisions for each morning. Longer stays have the option of a reduced tariff with breakfast provisions excluded.

Pets are not allowed and Villa is non smoking inside.
