The following are all provided in our beautiful home for your use: - fully equipped kitchen including cooker, microwave, side-by-side fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle and hand mixer - washer and drier - iron and ironing board - all bed linens and towels - 2 TVs with 60+ channels in living room VCR - telephone in kitchen and master bedroom - clock radio in master room and living room - hairdrier.

Rental Policy
1. Rates are subject to 12% local sales and resort taxes 2. A departure cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than 7 nights. 3. Reservation is not confirmed until your deposit is received. 4. On receipt of full payment, we will send you final instructions including directions to our Vacation Family Home and check-in details, as well as key box code. 5. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking inside the Vacation Family Home. 6. Check-in is after 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is before 11am on day of departure. 7. Please be aware that parking of RVs, campers and trailers in the driveway of the home is not allowed by the local Homeowners Association. 8. Please note: no refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your accommodation package. 9. Under no circumstances can the security deposit be refunded on day of departure.
