The main level offers a guest bathroom off the spacious, tiled entry way. The kitchen, living room and dining area are open to each other. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, a large island where guests can gather, Viking appliances, knotty alder cabinets, and all the cookware you'll need for a meal at home. The adjoining living room is cozy and offers warmth by the gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a flat screen TV over the mantel. The dining table accommodates 6 guests, plus there are 4 bar stools at the nearby kitchen island. There is a nice balcony off the dining area, with a gas grill and a small table. Enjoy the views of Park City and Main Street from here!
The lower level features two more bedrooms. The master bedroom is at one end of the hall, with a Queen bed, a beautiful master bath with a footed tub and an adjoining walk-in closet.
The third bedroom is at the opposite end of the hall and offers a Captain's bunk bed (Twin on top, Full on bottom) and a twin trundle that pulls out from under the bed. There is a third full bathroom with a bath tub off the hallway, and the laundry room with full-size washer/dryer is also at this end of the hall. The lower level also offers a small family room with an entertainment center plus a Queen-size sofa sleeper for extra guests. The private hot tub sits on a large patio just outside the family room.
** NOTE **
The garage will not be available to guests. The driveway is heated and easily fits two cars.
