Just 10 minutes walk away is the harbour area of Almerimar, where you can sit in one of the many bars and enjoy a nice cool drink and tapas', whilst watching the yachts coming and going.

You are less than 10 minutes walk away from the nearest beach and beach bars with sun loungers available for hire.

Also you are only 10 minutes walk away from the nearest golf course, where you can enjoy a round of golf all year round. Almerimar attracts a lot of 'winter golfers' due to the more than fair share of sunny weather enjoyed here.

Almerimar is ideally situated for economy flights from the UK. The nearest airport is at Almeria which is a pleasant 40 minute coastal drive to the apartment. other airports nearby include, Granada Airport about 90 mniutes drive away, Malaga which is about 2 1/2 hrs drive away as is Murcia airport also.

An unbeatable location - Situated on the Medterranean just 30km. from the capital of Almeria, by its own right an accredited tourist model of the Mediterranean coast.
An array of virgin beaches make it an area of incomparable beauty.
Excellent communications - 40 minutes from Almeria (airport) easy reach of airports at Malaga, Murcia and Alicante. 1 hour 30 mins from Granada, 3 hours 30 mins from Seville.
For Nature lovers - Puntas Entinas Nature Park, situated directly adjacent to Almerimar, is a true ecological treasure. The area is used by beautiful migrating birds (including pink flamingos) and is a large botanical reserve of Mediterranean brushwood with huge expanses of deserted beaches.

Enjoy sporting life - Whatever your personal choice, do it in Almerimar. Yachting, windsurfing,scuba,horse riding,golf,fishing all this and skiing too due to the closeness of the Sierra Nevada Mountains!

Rental Policy

A damage deposit of £100 is required which will be refunded 10 days after end of rental if no damages are found.

Rental charges
October = £200 per week
November - March = £150 per week
22nd Dec - 5th January = £225 per week
April - May = £225 per week
June = £275 per week
July - August = £375 per week
September = £275 per week

We require a £100 deposit to reserve the apartment for your chosen dates
this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Balance is payable 4 weeks
before departure.

A £100 damage deposit is required with each booking (refundable at the end of the holiday if no damage)

We provide an initial clean service before your holiday starts which is payable locally when you arrive at the apartment and this is 40 euros.

If you would like to avoid the hassle of driving whilst you are in Almerimar we can arrange for you to be picked up from Almeria Airport and dropped back at at the airport when you are ready to leave.

Charges for airport pickup are 40 euros for upto 2 people and luggage or 50 euros for 3 to 4 people plus luggage. These charges are one-way so you would pay the same
again if you wished to be dropped off at the airport when your holidays ends.
