Regarding bookings of our Holiday Homes „Villa Groot Constantia“, „House High Constantia“ und „Chalet Klein Constantia“ we ask for a deposit of R2,000 (GC), R1,400 (HC) or R800 (KC).
In addition to the accommodation fee we charge R500 (GC), R250 (HC) or R100 (KC) respectively for final cleaning.
Confirmation of bookings / Deposit
Bookings can be finally confirmed, when 50% of the full accommodation fee has been received. Deposits are required for all bookings regarding self-catering units.
Both 50% of the full accommodation fee and the deposit to be paid into our bank account immediately after reservation.
The balance is to be paid 10 days prior arrival. Banking details will be provided at reservation. Deposit is non-refundable, unless cancelled period is re-let, in which case a 10% cancellation fee applies.
Less than 3 days before arrival date = 0% of whole accommodation fee refundable
3-10 days before arrival date = 50% of whole accommodation fee refundable
more than 10 days before arrival date = 75% of the whole accommodation fee refundable
