Property Description

Beautiful villa situated in 13000m2 of enclosed woodland. It is situated on a hillside between Moissac Bellevue and Aups and has wonderful panoramic views. To add to the view there is a infinity pool next to the terrace in front of the house.

Property Details

The house is beautifully decorated and is comfortable and spacious. There are many places to sit around the garden and terrace. Ideal for a large family holiday.

Facilities and accommodation

Kitchen: Well equipped, including American size fridge, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Living room: Adjoining the kitchen with comfortable sitting areas. From the living room you can access the front terrace with the swimming pool or the side terrace.

Dining room: Dining for up to 8-10 people with large fireplace.

Laundry room: With washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

Bathroom: Shower with toilet and basin, but all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and televisions. Master bedroom with large double bed, french windows to terrace, plus bath, shower and toilet. Second bedroom with double bed and a single bed. Third bedroom with a double bed and twin beds. Plus there is a further room with a clic clac that can be used for overnight guests.

Outside: Is a large terrace extending around the house. In front of the house you have the infinity pool with a panaoramic view towards Aups. Around the pool and terrace area are many places to sit or sun bathe. The rest of the garden is woodland with lavender and roses.

Rental Policy

Please send us an email, with your preferred dates and for how many people. We will send you further details of your chosen house and the area, and will generate an invoice through Paypal for a 20% deposit. Once we have received your deposit we will send you a confirmation of booking.

Eight weeks before your holiday, we will send a further Paypal invoice for the balance of the payment.

Cancellation and refunds

Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we make the following refunds:

Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge.
4-8 weeks – 50% of the rate refunded.
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks – no refund.

Arrival Times

House is available from 4pm.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance to be paid eight weeks before rental. If the booking is made later than eight weeks before your holiday dates, then full payment in Euros is required.

A security deposit of Euro 1500 is required on arrival.

Electricity and water are included in the rental price.

Bed Linen and Towels can also be supplied on request for Euro 15 per bed and Euro 8 per person, per week.
