The apartment is fully furnished and has two airconditioned bedrooms. One double bed and one twin bedded room sleeps 4 adults. Shared pool with 5 other apartments. British plumbing. Decorated in blue and white with black wrought iron furnishings. Washing machine, fridge/freezer, 4 ring gas hob & small oven. Ironing board & iron. Cleaning utensils.
The apartment is cleaned before arrival and once a week thereafter. A small welcome pack will be found in the apartment. Non-smoking. Children over 12 are welcome.

Rental Policy

Guests will need to take out their own insurance policies against accidents and holiday cancellations.

Arrival Times

Arrival time is 4pm and departure is 11 am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

£100.00 deposit needed for each week booked. Minimum stay one week. £150 damage refundable deposit required.
