Property Description

This is a brand new modern villa situated in the blissfully quiet area of kisla, just a 5 minute taxi ride to Kalkan. The villa has its own private swimming pool and a front and rear terrace.

Property Details

This villa is in the sought after area of Kalkan, on the mediterranean in south West Turkey. Once an old Greek fishing village but now a desirable holiday destination with steep cobbled streets winding down to the harbour. Old Ottoman buildings with wooden balconies strewn with bouganvillea are crowded through the lanes, which are lined with gorgeous restaurants, many with roof terraces, and boutiques and craft shops.

The villa rental includes bed linen and fabulous thick white towels. We provide one pool towel as well per stay to save you carrying them. There is a small shop justupthe hill for daily provisions and Bob the owner will deliver to you. He also has a charming outdoor bistro for meals and it has gorgeous views of Kalkan at night across the water. There is a water taxi from the bach club to Kalkan - just five minutes ride. From Kalkan there are many dolmus (bus) services to the various places of interest, or car hire is widely available and inexpensive.

There are many excursions to be had to the archaelogical sites for which this area is famous. Letoon, Pinara and Patara which also has a 15 klm sandy beach are amongst many to visit.

Please note, this villa has steps and balconies so care would need to be taken with elderly or children.

The swimming pool does not have a shallow end.

Rental Policy

This is a blissful TV free zone - don't you have enough of that at home?! Chill out to music and watch the view....

check in 4.00 p.m Monday changeover- but will try to be flexible in year one so please contact.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A deposit of 20% is required to secure the reservation with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100 is also required with the balance, this will be refunded within 2 weeks if there are no losses or breakages.
