Lakeview Lodge is a small, family owned and operated resort in the Lake of the Woods area of Ontario. The Lake of the Woods area is world renowned for its fishing and hunting as well as offering unlimited opportunities for photographing spectacular scenery and wildlife. Moose, deer and Black Bear abound as well as nesting Eagles, Loons and White Pelicans. Excellent fishing opportunities for Lake Trout, Walleye, Northern Pike, Large and Smallmouth Bass, White Crappie and the elusive Muskie. Fully guided fishing trips and hunts for deer and black bear. We are situated on Kakagi (Crow) Lake one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Crystal clear and spring fed with over 300 islands, Crow Lake is largely untenated and a true wilderness area. Our housekeeping cabins are clean, comfortable and well equipped with full kitchens and baths and all linens and cooking utensils. Our cabins range is size from a one room and full bath cabin for two to a 5 bedroom, two bath cabin for 12. Pets and smokers are welcome. We have boat rentals on Crow Lake, Lake of the Woods and other small lakes where we have the only boats. We can also arrange fly-in fishing trips to remote lakes accessible only by airplane. Full guide services for fishing and hunting are available. Or take a canoe and paddle into an enchanted world. Swimming from our beach on Crow Lake is wonderful, crisp, clean sparkling water and no need to shower after swimming as the lake is spring fed and the water right out of the lake is even safe to drink. Visitors from around the world find our area one of the wonders of nature. Rocky crags, high escarpments and trees growing directly out of rocks provide opportunities for photography wherever you look. this is true Canadian shield country. In winter our area is a wonderland. Limitless opportunities for ice fishing, and hundreds of miles of lakes and portages for snowmobiling or cross country skiing. These are the rates for the summer season. The winter rates are $ 45.00 per person per day regardless of lengthof stay or number of people. Minimum of 2 people/ 2 day stay. A $200.00 deposit is required on booking.
