Property Description

Espectacular view to the East side of Puerto Rico. Culebra and Vieques islands among others.Walking distance to el Conquistador Resort and the golf course.

Property Details

The apartment have a very upscale furniture. The balcony/terraza is spacious and confortable. Kitchen have granite counter tops, refrigarator, dish washer, stove, microvave and wine cooler. Everything is in stainless steel. There is also a washer and dryer. The master bedroom have a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom have a double bed(futon)The 3rd bedroon have a 2 twins and double(futon). Only one hour from San Juan. At the property there are 3 swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, saunas(his/hers) tennis Court, basket court, elevator, Golf Course close by

Rental Policy

1.CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 12:00 P.M. EST AND CHECK OUT IS 12 PM. EST.
2.This is a NON SMOKING Villa.
3.Pets are NOT permitted in Villa under any conditions.
4.PAYMENT – An advance payment deposit equal to one (1) night rate is required. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Carlos Rodriguez. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.
5.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per Villa is limited to six (6) adults and four (4) children.
6.THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
7.INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup.
8.MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the Villa, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the Villa. Maid service available upon request.
9.RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
10.FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
11.WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
12.All of the Villas are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
