The full lower level of our beautiful home is a private 3 bedroom guest apartment. We also have a further 3 bedrooms on the upper level that can also be rented at additional cost for larger groups - with these additional bedrooms can accept max 15

Beautifully located, newly completed lower level apartment three miles from downtown Estes Park, the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Address:114 Timber Lane, Estes Park, CO 80517. The complete lower level of our beautiful mountain home is the apartment offered. Large rooms with living area opening out onto a large deck which is ideal for outdoor cooking and dining. Wonderful views in peaceful, relaxing, retreat setting.

Enjoy the relaxed setting with scenes of wildflowers in the summer and wildlife which wanders through the property. Wild birds are frequent visitors, including humming birds and a resident pair of bluebirds. Within a half mile there is access to national forest trails that are ideal for mountain biking, trail running, four wheeling, hunting, hiking, or snowshoeing. Rocky outcrops on this trail with stunning view of Estes and the valleys below. In winter we are ideally located for back country skiing and snowshoeing locally and in RMNP. Some of the best climbing in the world is available all year round - guided climbs can be arranged. We can also arrange for guided nature and photography safaris; on site massage can also be arranged - all with prior arrangement.

3 day Minimum in high season (May 1st - September 30th) and 2 day minimum in low season (October 1st to April 30th)
