Property Details

The Ocean Dream Resort is composed of 8 private residences and a luxury shopping plaza; it is a perfect location for a holiday, but also as main residence. Ocean Dream offers its international Customers luxury condominiums either for rent or sale. As administrators of the resort, we are managing 90% of the apartments and are therefore in a position to offer you the best choice and the best service to suit your needs.

All flats have been decorated by their owners thus providing unique and comfortable environments. Additional services, such as security, administrative supervision and information are also available.

Kite Drive studio apartments (garden view)
Each studio has a surface of 50sqm and a ceiling height of 3 meters and was conceived and decorated to offer maximum comfort and tranquility during your stay, be it for a couple of days or months. It is the perfect place for couples or single people.

Kite Drive studio apartments (ocean view)
Only two of them, but exceptional ones! Located on the seafront, on the 4th and last floor of Kite Drive 102, these two studio apartments offer the most incredible view of the ocean. The interior is spacious with a great ceiling height and is furnished in a simple and cozy way. The large terrace is definitely the undisputed asset of these two private suites.

Kite Drive 2 bedroom apartments
The apartments are 100sqm in size and feature an open kitchen, two large bedrooms and a terrace with view of the pool. They are constructed of the highest quality materials with custom designed furniture. Each condominium was decorated tastefully by the owners. With one’s family (up to six people) or couple, enjoy their comfort and environment.

Kite Drive 3 bedroom apartments
The total surface is of 200 sqm and features 3 meters ceilings. A large living room with an American kitchen separates the master bedroom from the two other bedrooms. The spacious terrace is reachable both from the master bedroom and from the living room. One apartment is located on the seafront with an amazing view on the ocean.
With one’s family or between friends (up to eight people), the apartments are designed for lovers of space and comfort.

Studios (ocean) (2 pers) from 100 to 160 USD
2-bedrooms (2 pers) 120 from to 180 USD
3-bedrooms (3 pers) from 170 to 300 USD
3-bedrooms (ocean) (3 pers) from 250 to 350 USD

Please add the following for additional people :
+ 15 USD per night and per additional child between 6 years and 15 years
+ 25 USD per night and per additional person
+ 50 USD per night and per additional person in the ocean view 3-bedrooms

All apartments are for rent for a period of a minimum of 5 nights and up to 6 months, renewable. Apart from the Christmas period of time, we can offer a reduction of 10 to 30% for rental period from one to three months. Please contact us to receive rental conditions for long-term (above 3 months) stays.

- Minimum stay of 5 nights
- Copy of passport required for the booking
- Payment: 50% at reservation and 50% to be paid upon arrival
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival (500 USD) refundable upon departure
