Large groups / families may consider to book these two units in a private 2 story building in the very heart of old Trastevere. The vacation rental apartments "Renzi Terrace Apartment" and "Renzi Apartment" - sleeping up to 7 people - are available in the same building.

The Renzi Terrace apartment is a spotless, bright and characteristic one bedroom apartment situated at the top floor of the two-story 16th century building (with no lift). This vacation rental apartment consists of: (i) a roomy living area / dining area with two shiny windows and wood floors provided with TV, double sofa bed, a tasteful round glass dining table with chairs and, a small kitchenette with refrigerator inside the wardrobe, (ii) an intimate master bedroom, (iii) an highly refined clean and fresh bathroom with tub and, (iv) a wonderful, big terrace where to sunbath and enjoy pleasurable and relaxing moments with rectangular table and chairs seating up to 6 for outdoor meals and comfortable deckchairs.

The Renzi Apartment is a cosy, newly renovated studio apartment situated on the first floor of this nice two-story 16th century building.

This is a 50 sq. meters vacation rental apartment consisting of (i) very nice living room with dining table and chairs, comfortable long leather double sofa bed, excellent for lounging or napping on during the day and for sleeping at nights, (ii) a night corner with single bed or, two separate trundle twin beds and TV, (iii) en-suite bath with shower, and (iv) small kitchenette.

Both vacation rental units have been completely restored and re-furbished and boast a very warm and welcoming feeling. They both feature A/C and a washing machine in common to the two units. The building is meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean.

Superbly located for exploring the ancient city and truly experiencing Rome as the Romans do, this solution is ideal for visitors who want easy access to the best of Rome. Great for five people and can accomodate up to seven. Larger groups - up to 28 people - may also consider to book these two units together with the Renzi Apartments (13 people), the Square Renzi Apartment, the Square Renzi (4 people) and the Magnolia Apartment, next door.

To secure a 20% deposit is due either through credit card or through bank transfer. The balance is due at arrival in cash.
