Located on the beach, Ocean One is the most recent residence in Cabarete. It offers apartments from 1 to 4-bedrooms. Some apartments overlook spacious gardens with private pools whilst the others beneficiate from a great ocean view.

Property Details

Ocean One consist of three different phases, each of them having its own private pool set in a tropical gardens. The phase 1 of the resort features spacious 2, 3 and 4-bedrooms apartments all with a magnificent ocean view and a superb eternity pool.

All flats have been decorated by their owners thus providing unique and comfortable environments. Additional services, such as administrative supervision and information are also available.

1-bedroom apartments (2 pers)
some of the 1-bedroom apartments have a surface of 65sqm whist the other are of 85sqm. All apartments have a private balcony overlooking the phase 3 swimming-pool. Ideal for couples or single people

2-bedroom apartments (2 pers)
These apartments are 123sqm in size and feature an open kitchen, two large bedrooms and a large patio or terrace with view on the pool! It offers the highest quality material with custom designed furniture. They comfortably sleep up to 4 people.

2-bedroom apartments (2 pers)
This apartment is of 150sqm in size and feature an open kitchen, two large bedrooms and a large patio with view on the pool and the ocean! It offers the highest quality material with custom designed furniture.

3-bedroom apartments
The total surface is of 360sqm and features 3 meters ceilings. A large living room with an American kitchen separates the master bedroom from the two other bedrooms. The spacious balcony is reachable both from the master bedroom and from the living room. All bedrooms have a window on the ocean! With one’s family or between friends (up to 6 people), the apartments are designed for lovers of space and comfort.

4-bedroom apartments
The units have a surface of 450sqm and are surrounded by a large balcony for a perfect view on the ocean! They offer 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The spacious rooms can comfortably sleep up to 8 persons.

Rental Policy

Rates per person/night:
1-bedroom (2 pers) from 90 to 150 USD
2-bedrooms (2 pers) from 200 to 300 USD
3-bedrooms (3 pers) from 300 to 530 USD
4-bedrooms (4 pers) from 400 to 590 USD

Please add the following for additional people :
+ 15 USD per night and per additional child between 6 years and 15 years
+ 25 USD per night and per additional person
+ 50 USD per night and per additional person in ocean view apartments

All apartments are for rent for a period of a minimum of 5 nights and up to 6 months, renewable.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

- Copy of passport required for the booking
- Payment: 50% at reservation and 50% to be paid upon arrival
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival (minimum 500 USD, depending on apartment size; refundable upon departure)
