This spacious, privately-owned townhome is located at the entrance to Deer Valley and just steps away from the free Park City shuttle stop. Deer Valley Lodge is a 2-minute drive away, and Park City Resort is just a 4-minute drive. The Canyons resort is just down the road. A one-minute drive or bus ride will get you to Main Street in mid Park City. You can also enjoy an 8-minute stroll to your favorite restaurant in the middle of town.
This townhome does not feel like a condo in a big complex with a lot of neighbors. It is an end unit, and it feels more like a private home than most townhomes. It has a street level enclosed two-car garage with easy entry to the home.
The townhome easily sleeps 10 guests, but can be configured to comfortably sleep a few more. Each bedroom with a bathroom is on a separate level for privacy. The owner will add or subtract beds or change them to accommodate your group, whether couples or singles.
This lovely, upscale homne has bright open rooms with vaulted ceilings. There is a large family room on the lower level with an entertainment center and games, a foosball table and a private hot tub on the back patio with quick entry to the house.
On the top level is a huge master bedroom with a cozy sitting area with fireplace and its own outdoor deck. The master bath has its own jetted tub.
For the person that needs to mix a little business with a lot of pleasure, bring your laptop computer and use the complimentary broadband Internet service. There is a convenient office loft that can be converted to a sleeping area if needed.
For a very reasonable fee we will stock the refrigerator and cupboard with the basic foods and staples of your choice at your request, relieving you of the need to shop on the day of your arrival.
