Property Description

We also have 4 - 76 year old cottages 1 and 2 bedroom units and we have a motel building that is 76 years old with 5 units that are studio type, all our units have kitchens with all pots/pans/dishes ect. we provide towels, sheets, blankets,and ect.

Rogue Pacific Motel and Gold Beach Oregon is a very peacefull and enjoyable place to visit, our community is kick back most people visit our town for fishing the Rogue River and the Ocean other come to ride the Jet Boats up the Rogue River or just to view the wonderful views and enjoy our beaches and trails.

What ever your liking I am sure our Gold Beach Vistor Center will be happy to help you to find it here in Gold Beach and the surrounding area and If we can help please ask us we will try and make your stay in our community as eventful as we possibly can. Give us a call and we will try and answer any questions about our accommodation and our area on the Oregon Coast.

Rental Policy

Pets must be on a leash at all times on the property you must clean up after your pet after going to the bath room your pet must be with you at all times on the property do not leave your pet in unit unattended we do not charge for pets but we do charge for pet damages to our units. Smoking is allowed out side the units only, please be responsible for your cig. butts. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance our you loose your first night if you fail to notify us you are not comming or wait till 1 week before your reservation you will be charged for your whole reservation time.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Everyone is welcome to the Rogue Pacific Motel as our guests, Monthly rates require a deposit of 1/2 the rate or $500.00 which ever is greater.

We do not furnish Toilet paper/paper towels/soap etc. to monthly guests.
