The house is located off Coast Highway 101 a mile and a half, but still within city limits. Walk to an 18-hole golf course, one mile from the Sand Dunes, take your fishing pole and walk 1/4 mile to a stocked (trout) lake, and just one mile to the casino. Very large driveway for all of your cars and toys!
