The unit is 120 square meter with 2 bed rooms and 2 baths, kitchen, dinning, living rooms and central air conditioning.

The apartment is conveniently located at the border of 4th Ring in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods, with tree-lined streets and park-like landscaping. The apartment is a short walk to bus, train station and some of Beijing's best nightclubs and hottest restaurants. It is also very close to the Olympic facilities and sits at the same area of the Beijing city. One can take subway nearby or taxi with less than $4 to the facilities.

For rent during Olympics, the daily rate is $500 USD with minimum of 10 days rental. FYI, all the Beijing 4-5 Star hotel room rate is over $600 USD per night with service fees during Olympics, and they are mostly blocked from foreign travelers. So this apartment is a great alternative if you have a big family or a group of friends who want to secure a very nice place to stay during the Olympics. A deposit of 20% is required.
