Property Description

This is a very cosy apartment on the fifth floor. The apartment is located next to the beach of Barceloneta and gives you an excellent beach and sea view from the balcony.

Property Details

The apartment is completely refurbished. It has one double bedroom with closet space and an exterior window. The living room has a single sofa bed. Furthermore, there is a small dining area and an open kitchen. The living room gives you access to the balcony as well. The bathroom still has the original brick wall of the building but has been equipped with a modern shower and sink. The apartment is very bright because of the sunshine coming in and the light decoration. It is a perfect apartment if you love the beach, the sea and the city. The Rambla area is only 15 minutes away if you go by foot and less than 10 minutes is you take the metro or the bus.

How to reach the property:
Barcelona (BCN):
-Taxi. It takes 20-30 minutes to get to the apartment depending on traffic.
-Aerobus (A1): takes you up to Plaza de Catalonia. Costs €3.75. From Plaza de Catalonia you can take:
oA Taxi to the apartment
oThe metro to Barceloneta (yellow line, direction la Pau).
oTake the line 17-BARCELONETA / AV. JORDA of Bus at the station Pl de Catalunya-Portal de l'Àngel and after 6 stops you must get off at Pg Joan de Borbó-Maquinista.
-Train: The Renfe Cercanías Line 10 links the airport with the centre of the city and the Sants and França railway stations. Journey time 32 minutes. Costs €2.40.

Girona (GIR):
- Girona Airport Bus: one hour and 10 minutes journey to Estacio Del Norte. The cost of a single journey is €12.00 and return is €21.00. From the station you can take:
oA taxi to apartment
oThe metro. The nearest metro station is Arc de Triomphe. Destination station Barceloneta.

Arrival Times

Please note that if you arrive to the apartment later than 21.00 (09.00 pm), we will charge an additional 20,00 EUR at check in. For arrivals to the apartment later than 23.00 (11.00 pm) there is an extra charge of 30.00 EUR and for arrivals to the apartment between 24.00 - 08.00 (12.00 pm - 08.00 am), you will be charged 50.00 euros at check-in.

-Minimum Stay of 3 nights.
-A fully refundable 200EUR depsoit is due at check in.
-The prices displayed are for maximum occupancy, discounts available.
