We stayed for Xmas '09 and it is in the most fabulous position, the layout of the house is fabulous for a big group, excellent laundry facilities and the kitchen and other facilities were fine. Those who used the hot-tub loved it. However we all found the beds very hard and the towels provided were tiny and rather old and smelly. The bed linen was also old and pilling so suggest you bring your own, and we all wished we'd had duvets rather than a selection of thin blankets - which meant keeping the bedroom heating on full blast all night (maybe this is a Canadian thing?). Some people complained there wasn't enough hot water for the showers/baths at all times but I never had a problem. In conclusion and excellent house and location but not really providing the all the comfort I would have hoped for in 'luxury' accommodation.
