The newly constructed Wishflower Villa (completed in Dec. 2006) offers modern luxury in the old world charm of Pelion, Greece. Constructed for Americans using German know-how, our villa greets you with the comforts of home and the surroundings of paradise. Floor to ceiling windows offer unobstructed views from most rooms. The spacious open floor design allows the entire family to enjoy the Greek experience together. Satellite TV offers hundreds of programs in English, French, German and more! 2007 is the first rental season for our villa so everything you find here is completely new. The highest quality furnishings and interior design abound. Fitted with beautiful marble throughout, and contemporary style, you will love the luxury that awaits you at the villa after a hard day at the beach or wherever your explorations take you. The outdoor patios and three large balconies offer plenty of ways to enjoy the fantastic surroundings.
This luxury vacation villa is situated in a 7,000 sq. meter olive grove with approximately 150 trees, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Pagasitikos Bay. Ideally positioned between the villages of Lefokastro and Kalamos, this is the nature enthusiasts dream. Ancient pathways connecting the area villages can be reached from the property. It is approximately a 15 - 30 minute hike each direction to reach the villages, or 10 minutes by car. These smaller villages offer gorgeous, secluded swimming beaches with basic restaurant facilities in season. The larger, full service village of Argalasti is 10 minutes by car. Here you will find shops, petrol stations, health services and a lovely central square with tavernas and a weekly farmer's market. Reachable by car on a very scenic coastal road, the popular vacation village of Affisos is only 15 minutes away. Whether you want to explore Pelion by car or by foot, the Wishflower Villa is the perfect location for a very memorable holiday experience.
This uncommonly large, family villa is perfect for large families or for couples traveling together. It is also suitable for small organized groups; schools, hikers, hunters, bird watchers, nature lovers, photographers, etc. You will find three bedrooms which are all part of the main house. The two downstairs bedrooms have a connecting double bathroom and each room has its own door leading to an outside terrace. Even at ground level, these terraces have truly stunning views. Our villa is built on three floors with two flights of marble stairs. Although it can not be considered handicapped accessible, one bedroom is located on the main floor for limited stair climbing necessity. There is also a full bathroom on the main level. The villa has beds and linens to accommodate up to 10 people. We have two living areas--one on the main floor with a fireplace and another with spectacular views and a huge adjoining balcony on the third floor. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped. Spend your vacation at the Wishflower and you won't want to go home!
All bookings will be billed via PayPal. With PayPal you may pay with a credit card or a bank transfer. Half of the total due is required for reservation confirmation. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. There is a one week minimum stay. All prices are quoted and payed in Euros.
We generally like to make reservations from Saturday to Saturday, however we realize that this is not always possible. If your travel plans do not fall on a Saturday, we will try and make alternate accommodations for you. This is usually possible in off season, but more difficult during the peak summer months. Check-in time is from 4:00-9:00 pm (4:00-21:00)and check-out is by 11:00 am.
