A beautiful apartment (75m2 or 807 ft2), located in a small exclusive passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. Both street entrances are locked every night from 8pm. to 8am. to assure the safety of the residents. The building itself is a modernist work of art, recently renovated, and has a porter.

The apartment is nicely furnished and fully equipped. There are two bedrooms (one twin and one double) and two bathrooms. Spacious living room is furnished with a large divan-style sofa-bed, ideal for chilling out, and a dining table for six people. There is an American style kitchenette, and a small inner patio-terrace.

TV, DVD, CD player, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, pots, dishes, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, books in English, CD music and DVD film collection, pull-out bed available, bed linens, extra covers, bath towels, city maps, tourist brochures, etc.
