This executive lake view 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom villa is situated on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort only 2 miles from Disney. You cannot get much nearer.

The downstairs area of the villa has a large lounge and dining area and also a family room and large kitchen with all the amenities if you should wish to cook.

The family room has a large TV with DVD/VCR. The kitchen and family room both open up onto the pool area.

The 30x15 feet pool has a spill over hot tub that can be heated if need be.The deck area has been extended to 40 x 30 feet to offer ample sunbathing space. There are 8 chairs and two tables for that drink or meal outside and 6 sun loungers. A lanai (porch) measuring 40x10 feet offers a welcome shade area for those who do not want to spend all their time under the sun. All in all the back of the house is endowed with a 1600 sq ft area that offers all the amenities to swim, play and relax. A gas barbeque is also available free of charge if requested at the time of booking.

The views to the rear of the villa are unobstructed by any other villa and you look out over a lake towards a protected wetland area.

The villa has two Master bedrooms with King size beds, both with on-suite bathrooms and a further two bedrooms with Queen size beds, also with on-suite bathrooms. There are a further two twin bed rooms with a shared bathroom. There are TVs in all the bedrooms.

To complete your enjoyment just in case you are not completely worn out by the latest theme park, there is a games room with a pool table, air hockey and a dart board.

We offer a 5% discount for bookings of two weeks.

20% non refundable deposit is required when booking.
Balance along with a $300 refundable security deposit is due eight weeks before your stay starts.
Optional pool heat is $25 per night.
A cleaning charge will be added for stays of 4 days or shorter.
